During the Covid pandemic, whilst working as a secondary school Science teacher, I acquired my first single-let property for the private rental market. I quickly realised the potential of property as an investment tool and began to devote significant time and resources to educating myself further. After undertaking numerous courses and greatly expanding my network I invested in the development of another property into a short term holiday let. The success of this second venture allowed me to leave teaching and focus on my career in property full time. My time is now used to manage short term accommodation properties, acquire new buildings and manage the refurbishment or conversion projects to build both my own company portfolio and that of investors.
